Beatriz Flores is the founder and general contractor behind Presidio 1 Construction. She combines hands-on construction experience with a strong design perspective, shaped first by working alongside her father and later through years of remodeling homes and managing construction and remodeling projects of her own.
She’s known for thoughtful execution, clear communication and a steady, detail-oriented approach that clients trust.
